Yes, I have pulled rib muscles several times from sneezing. Once when I sneezed while I was lying down, I severely pulled a muscle in my neck. That was a really embarrassing way to be injured for several weeks!

I guess so. My friend was once sitting too long at a chair, when he got up he actually sneezed extremely, and so he threw his body to the front. He hurt his back then and was unable to sit properly for like 3 days. So I guess it might be the restrained muscles.

Yes. I've done it. actually, depending on your muscles' strength/weakness you could even pull a bone out of place. i sneezed powerfully and had to go to the Chiropractor to get "realigned." If it's just a muscle, use Ben-Gay or something. If it's an alignment issue, consult your chiropractor.

Yes, I've done it. Actually threw my back out with a violent sneeze. It just happens sometimes because your whole body is involuntarily involved in the sneeze and you can't help it.

I once tried to keep my eyes open while I sneezed and I seriously thought my eyeballs were gonna pop out of my skull.
It burned.

Several times, and it hurts like hell.
I also know some folks who have cracked ribs by sneezing so hard.

you can also create hernia's when you sneeze, sneezing is very volatile, and should only be attempted while sitting down. been there and done that...
