How can I send an Email with the To field showing "undisclosed reciepient"?

One Email is sent to several persons/friends. While I can show all except one in the Bcc in the To field, I would like the To field to show "undisclosed reciepient" to all other addressees.

Instead of placing the recipients address in the TO field, put it inside the BCC: field to "blind copy" them.

Even if multiple recipients, they won't see the other's names or addresses... just their own.
