The bbc used to have some free tutorials on their website, I think it was called webwise, its for internet stuff.

If you phone Learndirect on their 0800 number they can tell you where to sign up for free online courses, or contact your local college.
You'd be better off joining a technical forum, as the members are responsible for what they post.
