possibly but not if you aren't ovulating. I would suggest seeing your doctor to rule out polycystic ovarian syndrome. If you do have this then you may not be ovulating regularly or at all and in which case no matter how often you BD (Baby Dance) you will never fall pregnant.
If your doctor finds you are not ovulating at all then he can give you chlomid or clomifine to help with that. It's no use going around in circles and upsetting yourself every month. I would personally see your doctor sooner rather than later.
Best of luck xxxxx

I have been the same situation! If you try too hard, the stress will not help you conceive. I talked to my doctor and she prescribed Clomid. It helps you ovulate and is easy to detect with the ovulation kits when and if you are ovulating. After being on this two months, I tested and I was sure that I was ovulating. I now have a beautiful baby girl! Good luck to you!

Yes, every other day from, since you're irregular, the 8th day from the first day of your last period, all the way up to the 16th day---you will be sure to be covered that way. Meanwhile, make an appointment with you OB/GYNE if you've been ACTIVELY trying for 6 months--they should be able to help you out a little more.

Of course it will help. If you are having sex frequently, you're pretty sure to hit your ovulation day.
Hang in there. It took me 18 months with my 2nd son (after no trying with the first) and it was tough, but it will happen. (((((((hugs))))))

sure. although it would be even better if you had sex daily. although if it's a chore, you could even cut it back to every three days.

It may not help you get pregnant, but I'm sure your husband appreciates it!
