Just like in mechanics there are ingredients, power source, formulas, hierarchy, parts, flow charts, etc.

Alright, looks like the usual crowd is having trouble with this one. Actually I am getting at the yoga science. I was hoping some would come forward with something unique of their own.

Anyway, I am going to use notes from the Vedic literatures such as Bhagavad Gita As It Is and Bhagavat Purana to answer this question.

To understand the mechanics of material existence we need to consider the spiritual

existence. There is no existence in the material without the presence of the spirit behind

it.

The spiritual nature is "ananda mayo bhyasat", pleasure seeking. On the atomic level the

soul desiring enjoyment acts. That action becomes a program. As programs become more

complex they become complex organisms in the material existence. Complex organisms advance

until they eventually become human or human-like beings.

As soon as the soul takes part in the material existence its action become karmic. Karma,

action and reaction, is just like positive and negative force as we find in electricity.

Another aspect of material existence is Guna which is three modes of nature. These modes

are based qualities that can be compared to three main colors blue, red, and yellow. From

these colors all colors are developed in material existence.

I think it's simple, really. Once you know how to look at it.
You put a mechanism that absorbs information and separates it and then puts it back together in different patterns until it is something new.
This is a complete simplification, however, and watching the reassignation process is a really moving experience. Human stubborness, so naive, is probably my favorite pattern.
Of course you'll find fighters who think they're smart by not playing the game, like the people who make spirituality so common and meaningless. Modern day American heroes, who make everything so devoid of anything. There was always this illusion that material existence was accompanied by spiritual existence, but these latter people destroy it and violate it by making reference to it in solemn or angry speaches. Look at Antonio Banderas, fighting for love. He's not American, that's for sure. But American heroes are him. I'm afraid it's difficut to explain as the process takes place, but it's really a beautiful thing. You oughtta look at it someday.
I think you might have mistaken my meaning, but your mechanics will be optimal if you try to be meaningless. Never ever look at someone like the Rock did to everyone in Doom and say "there are more important things in life than (...fill in the blanks...)"
Just stop being such a puzzy and get other people to stop as well. It's making the mechanics nasty.

Physicists have lots of theories and laws, but I believe that the true mechanism is more metaphysical. I believe that our spirit selves coordinate things so that we will have the experiences we need to grow.

Many times it happens that one person says or does something without even giving it much thought, and it ends up having a profound effect on someone else.I often tell people of something they said which changed the way I view the world, and they don't even remember saying it. And often people tell me of things I did which changed their views, which I don't remember. All these life-changing events which made me the person I am and others the way they are were caused by a series of accidents. And gosh darned it but the world seems a bit too orderly to just be a series of accidents.

So I believe that our spirit selves work with the deities to coordinate all the random interactions of our lives so that we can experience everything we need to experience in order to grow.

If you are speaking of material existence as one that depends open having "things" then yes, I think money is important. However, if you mean "material" existence as a spiritual being manifesting in the "material" world, then I would think water, food, and shelter would be the top three. Personally, I do not consider myself to be a human being having spiritual experiences, but as a spiritual being having human experiences.

i'm not sure since i don't have my books and have not googled

if the sense of touching is real, then the touching the material would be real
if the material really occupies the space, then it's real

ummmmmm
if a substance truely take up some spaces and can be perceived by others, then its existance should be real

i dont know any more... i'll come back to check the best answer later
good luck
