Yea it could. I happened to a friend of mine. If she took the morning after pill you should be okay but let this be a lesson to you! Don't do anything sexual until you're ready for the consequences (ex: children, chlamydia, herpes, AIDS)

if you're in your boxer (not have you penis in) and your semen don't go into her body.
she can't be pregnance.
