I wish that the person sitting in front of me should understand my feelings before i speak and vice versa. what u think is it possible?

Finally someone who feels the same thing I've been trying to explain for years. Most people think I'm nuts but it would be great. I once had a friend we were pretty good at it but she passed,

They would have to be psychic to be able to do that. But you can help them do it even if they are not. You need to build your communication lines.

What kind of a person are you talking about, is the person an introvert or extrovert? That would matter. If they are the talking and outgoing type then they would most likely want others to listen to them instead, so you will have to work extra to get their attention.
If they are introverts, then they are prone to sitting in the passengers sit and allow you led the discussions.
Let them understand what you are saying, try and be detailed as much as you can be.
In time they will understand your attitude and character and will be able to predict the things you want done.

unless you and the person in front of you are both accomplished and professional mimes, there is no hope.......and even mimes are limited.
words supplement body language in communicating.....as does feedback, i.e. dialog....if you are reluctant to speak to another person and expect them to know what you THINK...you are in for a major disappointment, methinks. i could include a gender comment, but i think it is rather obvious.
