Well from what I can see both parties can be fairly hateful.I do not think 1 is worse in this area than the other.

You are such a hypocrite. "See what I mean, Bush is Monkee" - that's not hate? Another "best answer" on here was selected with the response that Ann Coulter is a transvestite. You cannot sit there and say that the Republicans have so much hate, when at least we're not mean people that make fun of others.

I am sure you meant receive so much hate. I believe it was others who called our president a Nazi. I believe it was others who called our military butchers. I believe it was others who said the US is lead by a liar.............................. many more examples. What is really going on is politics at its worse. We have a party that has been in control for a while. We have another party that cannot figure out why they keep losing. The losing party has stopped at nothing to create this hate in order to get back in control. It may or may not work this year or in 2008. The party in control has gotten lazy and has forgotten who and why we elected them. Unless they can figure it out they will be the losing party. I believe that a Conservative point of view is the way to go. Right now , we do not have enough politicians who think that way to correct what is wrong. Money, greed, and power seems to be winning . I have faith that it will work its way out in favor of the American people in the long run.

Its interesting that you accuse a whole political party to generalize as having "so much hate" when you are the one who has hate in your moniker. If your most defining characteristic your hatred of George W Bush you are a pretty shallow person.

There is hate on both sides of the fence. I feel the main stream media has focused on so many wedge issues. These wedge issues have created a culture of division, Not one group is better nor worse. People need to see that in order to keep peace and democracy we need to all respect and put aside our differences. How can we as a nation spread democracy when we ourselves cease to practice it.

What hate racist, terrorists, sexist, dictators, fascists, injustice, sure.
Shouldn't we all hate that. The world would be a better place if hated the right things, and acted positively on that hate. Why is the democratic party so full of tolerance for the wrong things?

republican party doesn't have hate. the dem's and liberals are the haters. look at all the hatred they have for Bush. He helps them get what they want and they're still not happy. And that's the way the screaming liberal crumbles.

BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO COMPETE AGAINST THE DEMOCRATS WHO ARE ALSO PRETTY HATEFUL! I KNOW BECAUSE I USED TO BE ONE! THEY HATE FREEDOM FOR EXAMPLE! Currently the usa is trying to liberate MILLIONS OF PEOPLE who have been oppressed for over 30 years. Ever head of Saddam Hussein? He killed millions of his own people because they opposed his views. No one else in the world had the balls to step up and free these people.

Who the hell wants war?...no one...but you don't worry about breaking down the door to your neighbor's home and rescuing someone in the house who is being tortured.

I see democrats saying "this was isn't moral"...no war is moral...what moral is freeing people, all and any people, because human beings exist as individuals and are supposed to be free.

You choose one evil, war, to bring a stop to a far worse evil, the opression (and killing) of millions of people who should be absolutely free.

If you were my neighbor and your spouse was beating you would you want me to ignore it because I wasn't being beaten? Would you like to be like the UN and send a letter?...please stop beating your wife, or would you like to actually break down the door and remove that person from society? I vote for that...I vote for freedom...I vote for humans.
