Yes. Back when pokemon was really popular their was a PC makerthat allowed you to design cards, posters etc with pokemon themes and characters and design badges for yourself and everything. Their was even a sequel that contained all pokemon 1-251. The two orignal verions came in red and blue with certain pokemon exclusive to each
