Ive only heard one person who could do it and that was Dorey the fish on finding Nemo. Who coincedently was a person acting as a fish.

Ahh, yeah mate. Mr Spock can speak to whales. He does Vulcan mind meld. I saw it in a movie.

Leonard Nimoy was also person, acting as a Vulcan, talking to a whale, in a fishtank.

I'm seeing a pttern forming. Maybe this isn't as coincidental as you think.

its a easy thing just stay with them right from birth u will automatically learn how to speak with them or the language of them
ok if not start from now it self u can do it but try to be one among them
