Hi i have a HP pavilion zd8000 and my laptob keeps on shuting down when i am running something.it is usually when i am using the internet but thats not why.when it shut downs i cant turn it on but when i take out the battery and unpluge the adaptor and put the battery in it starts.i have done a system recovery cause they said it was a problem with my windows but it wasn't.i am using windows xp home edition.i have 512 MB ram and 100GB hard drive.i also have windows live one care for secuirity and virus.my computer also heats up and the fans (4 fans) are always on and make much noise and i don't know why but they turn on from when i start the computer.PLEASE HELP ???WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN ???

Dear shayan ,
The best way is to take your Laptop to where you've bought it , ad ask them for a service and tell them what is the problem,
if garranty time is expired no problem, becasue in Iran they have International garrany and will send your PC to Dubai or somwhere liks that to service.
it's good to go walk in Payetakht passage and ask people in the shops that they have HP.

most likely it is heat try running laprtop with a fan (house fan that is) on it while using it. if it doesnt shut down open laptop and get all the dust out so the fans can cool it better
