You will stop developing around 22, so all you can do is wait.

You can consistently hit a development spurt till you've gotten completed puberty. I'm sixteen and I'm 6'-two" tall and weigh two hundred lbs. But my moms and dads are Dad 6'-three" and mother five'-eight". Based off of your moms and dads heights, I could say you normally would possibly not hit a colossal development spurt, however you can develop a bit of extra earlier than preventing. Doesn't subject so much although until you are hoping to visit the NBA. Other than that, It's now not a giant deal. I wish I helped!

You CAN'T make yourself grow. Didn't you see that episode of the Brady Bunch when Bobby wanted to make himself taller?

If people could make themselves grow, there wouldn't be short men.

Again, look at the men and women in your family....if most of them are short than you probably will be too.
