I have heard men with uncircumcised penis have more problems having sex then those who have them cut. This is because the uncircumcised penis doesnt have the mobility to go in and out that easily because of the tight skin. Is it true?

How is it possible to loosen up the skin to that the penis moves easily in and out i.e. the skin retracts easily? In natural uncut penises the skin is too tight for the penis to fully come out.

How can one practise this during his masturbation. Are there any techniques through which you can retract your full skin during masturation?

only those with extreme cases...most are able to retract the foreskin easily during sex....there are exercises you can do to expand the elasticity of your foreskin. if u r having difficulties pulling back the foreskin during erection, try doing it when it's not erect and keep it there as often as you can...when you get erection it will feel tight around the neck of the penis, try masturbate that way for awhile, instead of jerking the whole lenght of the penis, just jerk the shaft alone wihtout pushing the foreskin over the head. you might want to use the thumb to rub the head of the penis as well. the crown will be very sensitive. At times you might feel like peeing and might actually pee. Masturbate over the toilet bowl or in the bath tub. It will take a few months before you eventually get use to it.....

No it does not hurt. That was the question. A guy who is not circumcised or intact will have greater pleasure because he still has nerves in the part that is cut off during circumcision. When you are flaccid(soft) pull your foreskin back over your head and leave it there for awhile. When you are erect keep pulling it back a little at a time until it finally stretches over the head and you will be fine

Actually, it's different for different men. Some men can easily move there foreskin while others experience pain. One thing to do would be to slowly pull the foreskin little by little everyday while showering. The hot water makes the skin softer to manage.
