He should at least have the dignity and respect to tell you why he has left. Take him to the cleaners girl, get every penny that's yours for the taking.

It's not conscience right but he can do what ever he wants. But he should let you know because after all you are his wife and you the right to know what's going on. Taking him to the cleaners not that up to you if you can live with the consequences go ahead. But be very sure, you might be in for a long fight. Men don't usually like to part with that money, girl. Good luck.

P.S. Get yourself a good lawyer.

Yes it is wrong to do so but if he is not pleased to dwell with you and took off you do have biblical grounds for divorcing him even if he never tells you why. See if you can find out through a lawyer why he has left you. He will have to tell some one some day. I wish you the best with this and if you need to talk i am here!

SO SORRY TO HEAR your terrible, but unfortunately, more common news! First of all, how long were you "happily" married, and how long was it "fizzling"...were you in the midst of trying to get help and he just bailed out? I'm going through the same thing, and it is very deceiptful and painful....the "not knowing the real truth" is just as bad as having been cheated on!! This situation was put into your lap for a reason...now it's time to figure it out, but only time will tell....take one day at a time...just remember there is KARMA... what goes around....comes around!

Men simply don't like to hurt women. He may have 1000 reasons for why he has fallen out of love for you. Do you really want to know he can't stand your stretch marks??? You need to not focus on him, but on yourself, your recover, and your healing from your broken heart. As for legal issues, you should both have lawyers who will work toward a fair settlement. You'll save a lot of money if you can settle your property amicably together.

Your husband moved out and you have NO CLUE why? That it came to this could very well be the the fact that he might have been trying to point out some things that fell on deaf ears. How were you so unaware?

He has someone else, and is afraid you WILL take him to the cleaners. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. It won't hurt any less if he tells you why he has left.
So, take him to the cleaners if you will.
