Spiderman. Spiderman possesses superhuman strength, reflexes, and equilibrium; the ability to cause parts of his body to stick with great tenacity to most surfaces; and a subconscious premonitional "danger" sence. The irradiated Common House Spider (Achaearanea tepidariorum) which bit Peter Parker was apparently already mutated from prior exposure to certain frequencies of radiation and received a final, lethal dose during Parker's attendance of the exhibition. The radioactive, complex mutagenic enzymes in the spider's blood that were transferred at the time of the bite triggered numberous body-wide mutagenic changes within Parker.
Spider-Man's overall metabolic efficiency has been greatly increased, and the composition of his skeleton, inter-connected tissues, and nervous system have all been enhanced. Spider-Man's musculature has been augmentedso that he can lift (press) about 10 tons. His reflexes are faster than an average human by about a factor of 15 (he is often able to dodge bullets, if he is far enough away). Spider-Man is extraordinarily limber and his tendons and connective tissues are twice as elastic as the average human being's, despite their enhanced strength. He has developed a unique fighting style that makes full use of his agility, strength, and equilibrium.
Batman is not a mutant as Spiderman, he is just an amazing man who is really strong. Captain America is not a mutant either, he's just like Batman a really strong man, he's like an athlete, but I still think Captain America is somewhat stronger then Batman due to the insertion of the Super Soldier Serum in his body. Also Spiderman is much stronger and faster then Captain America and therefore, stronger than Batman.
Don't get me wrong, I think that Batman is really strong and amazing for a regular human and he could be much stronger then Peter Parker before the spider accident. He's like a Marvel version of Eddy Broke.
Winner: Spiderman

Spiderman should be stronger than Batman. Batman is just a normal person without super power. Unlike Spiderman who has the ability no normal human being has... Yet, Spiderman is a mutant.

Batman is just a normal person, but he has tons of experience with fighting villains. Spiderman is only a teenager and can easily make mistakes. Plus Batman is very good at hiding in the shadows. He can take down Spiderman easily.

Well Batman doesn't really have an superpowers. His main deal is technology, where spiderman actually have the spider abilites. I'd have to say that Spiderman is stronger for sure.

Stronger as in physical strength? if thats the case then it would be Spiderman. Batman has no special powers, he can't even lift a motorcycle. unlike Spiderman who has Peak Superhuman strength, he can lift a car!!

Spiderman's strength comes from a radioactive spider bite. Batman's just from what ever exercise routine he does to stay in shape.
