It's not called the tube, it's called the train.

You can surely take train from Milan to Belgium. They are covered by the euro rail system. You can book a ticket online or just buy the ticket at Milan station, you might have to change train, not sure if there are direct trains.

But you can take a train.

No you can take a train or a plane (still about 3 hours i think)
