exe.is not a valid win32 application
I tried to download ICQ and it downloaded but wen i tried to run it, it said this.

My guess is that somehow in the download, the program was corrupted--- exe ---is an execute order and must have something proceding it in order for the controller (win32) to act--- i.e. ICQ.exe ----exe standing alone tells the controller to simply execute thin air--and windows knows better than to try that-----try the download again---Good Luck---

may be a malacious software. Go to microsoft website and check ur pc for malacious softwares. Then try to download ICQ again.

That mean that your downloaded file is corrupt or it infected by virus. Try to download again, and if the same message accure, try another exe file. if the other exe file run normally check your connection or change the site where you download the file.

If you are using ICQ or someothers like OICQ/ QQ/ TM Messenger which is designed by Tencent Co (that Chinese Company).. Please make sure you are running it on Adimnistor Account. It can never be ran without that super right.

well that means the file is corrupted, the exe file is not a proper exe file.. if u downloaded it, it probably didnt download preperly, try downloading it again.. Good LUck

probabely and incomplete download.... download it again... or the file u r trying to download is corrupted... try downloading from a different site..
