The frontal cortex in your brain is probably smaller than average and you may also have a problem producing serotonin.
People with a reduced frontal cortex tend to get angry more often. Seratonin is a chemical produed by the brain to calm us down when we get angry.
This may lead to depression and the likelihood of having a stroke increases due to higher blood pressure during your episodes. You need to learn strategies on how to cope when you get angry.

1. Time out - Remove yourself from the cause of your anger. Go outside or take the dog for a walk. This will help your brain recover.
2. Count to 10 slowly. This also helps the brain calm down.
3. Go have a chat to your doctor.
4. Take a course in anger management

Hope this helps. :-)

Or maybe (lol hahaha let me laugh first :D) you're having your PMS. :P

Or it's just an attitude problem. ^_^ If this is the case, some posts before me seem have already provided you the right answers for you to follow. :)

There are a lot of things this could be. It could be a temporary form of depression caused by stress factors. It could be a sign of depression itself. If you are quite young, it might be due to changes in your menstrual cycle. If you are older, it could be menopause.
Women go through changes all the time, moods are just part of it sometimes.

Looks like something's bothering you, maybe you're depressed and not knowing what exactly,is making you irritated. In psychology, they say something repressed into your 'unconscious' makes you feel the way you do sometimes, without really allowing you to understand.I think it might help to think over what has happened over the last few days and distract yourself from things that disturb you.
