Life is life...I agree with one answer..These are the girls that continue to get pregnant and have abortion after abortion. It's sad, and it's murder. Especially the ones, believe it's the right of a person, or believe there's nothing wrong with taking someone's life.
Regardless, they, and you know the risk of sex. Getting pregnant or contracting some disease. If you aren't able to deal with the risk, than keep your damn legs closed and keep your d.ick in your pants. It's simply as that.
There are too many couples that would love to have a child not only a healthy child but it's the ones that continue to have abortion after abortion. AND yes, they are the ones that should be put in jail and the key thrown away.
Just because a fetus is defective does it give you or anyone the right to kill the unborn child?? No..Your parents didn't murder you, knowing you'll grow up to be the world's biggest and greatest whore of all time.

No I don't think that they should go to jail if, the woman was raped or, the womans health is at risk, or the child is deformed. but I f they get one just because they don't want a child yet, or they can't afford one it is not acceptable. If they were raped, then a police report, and physical examination should be done, and recieved by the abortion clinic. If the baby has a defect, a sonogram should be presented to the abortion clinic. If the woman's health is at risk, then a doctors report should be presented to the abortion clinic.
9 times out of 10 women who gets an abortion usually end up pregnant again, why keep doing the same dumb thing. these are the women who need to be placed in a jail where they can't get pregnant, and get sex counseling.

umm what about a woman who is raped or if the baby is deformed or the womans life is a risk or the woman is interlectually disabled and doesn't understand what is going on, should they be forced to have a child.... no.. i don't believe that abortion should be used as a form of conterceptive but i don't believe that a woman who has an abortion should go to jail for it. if a woman is bashed and her unborn baby is killed the person who bashed her is not jailed for the death of the unborn baby unless its proven the the child took a breath outside the womb

Most of the "women" which are killing their babies are little girls . . That is part of the problem that they are not "women" therefore, they act as such, little girls.... Once they are in the mess, they do not know how to get out of it, and they kill their babies without even realizing the seriousness of the crime that they are committing. I do not believe that this will ever end as there are so many young girls having unprotected sex, because they think it is "cool" and grown up, when they do not even know how to wipe their own asses properly.... It is a sad world, that is why, so many awful things will continue happening in this sad world...

If a woman has an abortion, there should only be two reasons why, if she has been raped or if the unborn baby is deformed or retarded.
If a woman wants an abortion out of selfish reasons, she should rather have the baby and give it to a couple who want children but can't.

Did you here about the group that was against abortion's. They thought it was wrong to KILL an unborn baby. I agree. BUT in protest they kidnapped an abortion Doctor and killed him.

your obviously a simple minded person. of course the women shouldnt be sent to jail because she carries the baby around for 9 months feeding it and protecting it. she goes through excruciatingly painful labour to bring the baby into the world. so it should be upto her whether or not to keep the baby

thats what im talking about......thats just bullcrap when they say the baby isnt alive before its born...because it is and they should be charged with murder and go to jail and possibly gets the death penalty....so yes
for the person above me....umm they should of thought about that when they decided to have sex and get pregnant so its there faught that they got pregnant so its the price they pay. unless that person is raped then maybe i can understand....but the fact that is retarded...thats is way too selfish because its not the babys faught to be retarded.
