No! No one is immune to HIV or Aids...

Why? Because the viruses change often (there is a high level of mutation). It's the same reason why they can't find a cure...It doesn't stay the same long enough for them to specifically target it....

Yeah, actually there are. These people have HIV though, but not in a dangerous sense, they host the disease. It doesn't hurt them, but they can infect others.
