That phrase can be translated to many meaning..goose..meaning a female and gander being the male goose... and saying is it what is good...it can mean uhh...yeah in another way...but in whole the q's isn't bad or offensive but a total of nonsense....

Because the question mentioned "goose" and "gander" in the same sentence? (LOL!) For cryin' out loud, who knows! Doesn't sound offensive to me. Maybe it was a "mistake", and the question meant to be "removed" came "before" or "after" that one? Who knows for sure- I guess you could ask "Yahoo"- ??

no, it is not bad, nor offensive.

that expression, what is good for the goose, is good for the gander, basically means, what is good for the girl is good for the guy.

equality sort of in a mother goose kinda way.

It was neither bad nor offensive... the asker might have thought that his question was not worth answering. That's why he removed it.

I don't see why that question alone would be offensive. E-mail yahoo answers and ask them why it was removed.

Someone, somewhere, someday is going to be offended by some question because of their morals and illogical thought processes.

yahoo answers team don't actually read the question they remove, they just wait till they get enough reports and they auto delete.
