That phrase can be translated to many meaning..goose..meaning a female and gander being the male goose... and saying is it what is good...it can mean uhh...yeah in another way...but in whole the q's isn't bad or offensive but a total of nonsense....

Because the question mentioned "goose" and "gander" in the same sentence? (LOL!) For cryin' out loud, who knows! Doesn't sound offensive to me. Maybe it was a "mistake", and the question meant to be "removed" came "before" or "after" that one? Who knows for sure- I guess you could ask "Yahoo"- ??

that expression, what is good for the goose, is good for the gander, basically means, what is good for the girl is good for the guy.
equality sort of in a mother goose kinda way.
