answer to first question: you owe child support is why you must pay.

You don't have to sign the birth certificates. The court will establish paternity and you should have responded to that. You could get yourself a public defender and try to fight it.

Child support is not for the mothers, its for the children, it isn't nearly what it takes to raise a child but it does help. YOU have to pay child support because you aren't married or living in the house with the children, which means you aren't having to financially care for them over a certain percentage. Which is how the government see's it. As for birth certificates not being signed, that has nothing to do with it. That just means the child has no father on its birth certificate. When guys do sign, generally child support isn't established because then paternity has to be proven by dna test still. If the children were on any sort of assistance from the state, or if the mother was while she was pregnant, then the state ordered the child support. As for being homeless, try to stay with friends or family till you get on your feet. Then as for the kids stay in their lives and see them as much as possible. Try to get your own place and if you feel you have the right to them, try to get joint custody or at least to see them when you please. good luck

The birth certificates are irrelevant: we have dna testing now. Paternity can be absolutely proven. If you really and truly never wanted children you would have had a vasectomy. Snip-snip and it's over. If you have no money to pay child support then your children will have to go without until such time as you get back on your feet and are in a better position to behave like a responsible adult. As the old saying goes "you can't get blood from a stone" (or a deadbeat dad for that matter). Best of luck and I hope it all turns out.

Get it together. Those children and the mothers need you, it does not matter if you "signed a birth certificate" you have a moral obligation to the children and the mothers. You need to wake up. Sounds like the women made the right move by getting away from you so you need to concentrate on helping yourself right now so that you can help your children. This country has plenty of fatherless kids we do not need 2 more. Be a man and take care of your business. Here is a quote that I live by "But if anyone does not provide for his own, especially for those of his household he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever." You helped make those children so you need to help take care of them so that I don't have too!

If you are not sure, a paternity test is the best way. But, that doesn't mean you won't have to pay support. If you "fathered" the child in the early months, the mother may have a case for support.

In either case, you are entitle to a support hearing.

What do you do? Easy. Get a job, or a second job, or a third job. Support your children, try to work it out with your wife, avoid sex with anyone but your wife.

You pay child support because those children need the financial support of a father. They could probably use your guidance, too. when your not working, sleeping, or writing child support checks, you should hang out with them.

You don't need to sign birth certificates, but you have the right to question paternity before you start paying child support...You might want to see if you can get help.

Well,
basically society says you have to pay child support because you helped create the child...I mean the child is still half yours, even though you don't see it.
I believe, you should own up to your responsibilites, the child in question did not ask to be born into this world, I'm sure that if it had a choice, it would not choose to be.

If your OK enough to be on the computer, your OK enough to support your children. I have no sympathy for anyone who does not pay for their children, no matter what. Get a job!! McDonald's and wal mart are always looking for someone new. Be a man and live up to your responsibility's.

Don't pay it, tell your employer to pay you in Cash due to you're a Illegal immigrant and it's his butt if they find out you're working there. Or if you're as Caucasian or American Homey like me than clean out your bank account and rent out an apartment registered under a false name and have your employer pay you under the table to avoid any records or forced court wage garnishes.

Get a DNA test done to see if those kids are actually yours... and hell learn how to use a condom you ho bag. If your current kids are actually yours than work something out with the Mother to actually pitch in a few bucks because they are your kids...
