perfectly normal especially during a massage which is relaxing all your muscles and stimulationg blood flow to all parts of your body.. although i'm sure you are aroused as well ;)

Just put a towel over it. Then they just see the tent, which is
practically the same as seeing
the erection, but at least you are trying to be modest.
Your nipples will also get erect, although maybe you don't notice.

They should be professional and not care if you have an erection or not. It doesn't matter if they don't mess with your erection. If you are quite studly, you can picture the girls fantasizing about your little suprise.
