well, there are quite a few things that you can do for yourself,
1. treat yourself with love
2. dance your negativity away with your fav music as loud as possible (just have fun)
3. find an interesting creative hobby that you can get lost in
4. help another who is down in the dumps
5. do charity work
6. hang around some loving kids (they have sweet energy)
7. try taking st. john's wart (herbal remedy for depression)
8. cook up some good grub and invite some friends over
9. pray and show your gratefullness to our creator of what good things you DO have
10. pray for someone you know needs help
11. take a walk in nature
12. excerise
13. watch a funny love story
14. and if worst comes to worst try CHOCOLATE!!! (ben & jerrys)
keep your chin up my friend, your life is what you make of it , don't expect the fun to fall on your lap , you go and experience it ok? good luck and God bless

It is easy to be dpressed when your life is a mess. Clean your room. Do your luandry. Make a nice supper, get a good nights sleep, take a shower and and put on a clean shirt. Get out of the house and focus on a plan to improve things for yourself.

Princess we wish we had your luck. But if you turn around you will see lots of guys who really like you. Stop chasing the players ...you can get hurt. Depression is all about friends and family. Try to find an outcast like yourself and be their friend.

Dont't go out . Stay at home watch TV, eat and have a sound sleep. After you wake up you'll have a peaceful mind and a new nice day will smile.

Just let the day pass, tomorrow will be a better day unless you willed it to be bad. Nevertheless if you got a problem that's making your day bad, you have to face it and find solution, else everyday will be a bad day. Try praying first.... it will enlighten your day.

Second step--Remember that the sun is still gonna come up tomorrow--or if it doesn't, tomorrow will be NOTHING like today was.

listen to loud music for a while and just pretend the world out side of you and the music doesn't exist, and maybe go out with some friends, if things are really crappy maybe you can vent to a friend you trust, that's what i do.

when i was younger, id slam every damn door i have to pass thru and then just screams at everyone. but now i dun do that anymore. cos i realize that it's stupid and i have to apologize and clean the mess up myself when im feeling better. now, i just listen to music real loud, watch a sad movie, eat junk and go to bed. it helps.
