u don't need a drivers license to buy liquor?!.. any valid i.d will do.. u just so happen carry a D.L as your i.d to prove you are of LEGAL AGE...

your joking right???!!! You do not need a driver's license to purchase liquor. You need a valid form of Identification to prove that you are of legal age to purchase and consume alcohol. It necessarily does not need to be a driver's license but can also be a state issued ID, military ID, or passport.

for age verification purposes only... they just wanna know if you're really of legal age... it just so happens that a driver's license has the info needed... and it is the id that most people have...

where i come from i can just by any alcoholic beverage without any form of identification.

is this thing only if u look young so u have to give id to show u r of legal age? or everybody has to do it (even senior citizens)?
