I have found that nowhere in the Bible Jesus said that he will die for our SINS. He did say "the son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men".

Nowhere did I find that the Pharisees acused the Apostles of heresy. They merely did not LIKE their way of teaching and their popularity.

So my question is this:
Where does the Idea of the "Modern Day Christianity" come from?
Because obviously the Apostles taught Judaism. Also nowhere in Judaism is the concept of "Original Sin" and that forgiveness can only come from true repentace(Confess your sins whole heartedly to God) and the way you live your life(Your actions, Striving to keep the commandmends, etc.)

Well, the people who heard Jesus and lived with him thought he had something new to say, or at least a new way of saying old things. It was different enough from the Judaism of his day to make an impression.

If you had given the "Bible" you read from and references it would have been nice. Having been in a Christian family my whole life, the phrase "modern day Christianity" didn't start becoming a byword until charismatics starting entering the scene with their entertainment notions of reaching people for the Lord, which has only confused people and led few to the Lord. Also, it has become even more popular to use since the mid-50's with "new" versions of the Bible being used to replace the King James Version which had proven more than satisfactory for over 300 years, of which prior to that the "Church - being Catholic of origin" and not Christian at all, would not allow any of the scripture to be read by the masses. I hope this has given you some understanding of the term.

I was brought up Jewish, most of my friends are Christians, and it is difficult to not feel pressure. Religion has always been manipulated by man, to control man. Used properly, it helps man, used improperly it hurts man. It is not possible to be Jewish and a Christian, as there is a question as to whether or not Jesus was God in the human flesh (divine), or a man who set a great example. Judiasm basics have never changed. The Torah is still written exactly as it always has. The new testament is interpreted in many different ways. None of the bible addresses Asian Cultures that are known to be even older.
There is no exact prove of heaven or hell, but if faith helps you to live now, go for it.

Keep searching for the truth for you, that is faith, and nobody can take that from you. God is faith, God is prayer, God is energy, God is in everybody who believes in a higher power.

Does Jesus have to verbalized everything to be taken literally? Gosh, read your Bible, He is the one prophesied, He's the Messiah. Modern Christianity has nothing to do with that truth.
John 14:6 Jesus is the way the truth in the life no one comes to the Father EXCEPT through Him.
It's not religion that saves you, It's Jesus.

Everything changes with time. Transfer a religious idea from one culture to another and the new culture will add their thoughts to the religion. Which is pretty plain to see in Christianity, as Jesus was supposedly in Israel, yet oddly enough, 90% of the information we have about it comes from Rome. So we see much of the Roman culture and ideas mixed in with a Jewish idea.

A perversion of the original beliefs by men. Modern day 'christianity' bears no resemblance to the teachings of Jesus. It is accepted and perpetuated by mindless cretins who don't have the intelligence to question the establishment
