Always remember that the greatest irony of wisdom is that it's accrued almost entirely through stupidity, so all the great thinkers in life had to screw up much more than your average person to accumulate the wisdom of the ages. So long as you're learning from your mistakes, they can be a very positive thing for you to have since it gives you a much more thorough perspective of matters than succeeding easily would.
To quote (loosely) Thomas Edison after several weeks of searching for a way to make the lightbulb and testing thousands upon thousands of options for creating one, and having them all end up not working:
"I didn't fail, I found 2,000 ways how not to make a light bulb; I only need to find one way to make it work."
Just consider this a good start down the road to that lightbulb moment when things finally lock into place for you!

Here are some good ones:-
I have always felt that although someone may defeat me, and I strike out in a ball game, the pitcher on the particular day was the best player. But I know when I see him again, I'm going to be ready for his curve ball. Failure is a part of success. There is no such thing as a bed of roses all your life. But failure will never stand in the way of success if you learn from it.
Aaron, Hank
The typical human life seems to be quite unplanned, undirected, unlived, and unsavored. Only those who consciously think about the adventure of living as a matter of making choices among options, which they have found for themselves, ever establish real self-control and live their lives fully.
Albrecht, Karl
To begin to think with purpose, is to enter the ranks of those strong ones who only recognize failure as one of the pathways to attainment.
Allen, James
There are few things more dreadful than dealing with a man who knows he is going under, in his own eyes, and in the eyes of others. Nothing can help that man. What is left of that man flees from what is left of human attention.
Baldwin, James
and most of all the one I keep in my blog:-
You can fail so very often. But you are not a failure until you give up.
Whisper: NEVER underestimate your abilitiy to change.

It's not whether you get knocked down. It's whether you get up again.
Lombardi, Vince
There is always another chance... This thing called 'failure' is not falling down, but staying down.
Pickford, Mary
So go ahead and make mistakes. Make all you can. Because that's where you will find success. On the far side of failure.
Thomas J. Watson, Sr.
We learn wisdom from failure much more than from success; we often discover what will do, by finding out what will not do; and probably he who never make a mistake never made a discovery.
Samuel Smiles
Take chances, make mistakes. That's how you grow. Pain nourishes your courage. You have to fail in order to practice being brave.
Mary Tyler Moore

The only way, is to accept it proudly. Stand up at ALL the decisions you made, bad or good, realizing the mistake or the good point you have contributed.
Even if, you have the ability to erase the mistake of the past, it isn't guaranteed that all the mistake you turned into good choices is about to amount in the "biggest good choice" in your life... It might just amount to a bigger mistake in your life.
Basically: good, plus good, plus good, does not necessarily mean, equals good. Sometimes it goes like this: good + good + good = BAD. Sometimes it is like this: bad + bad + bad = Good. Don't you agree?
So, the question is, would you trade everything you have now, and run the risk of ending up worse?
Sometimes, we get caught up with perfection that we forget, that it does not exist. Victories are sweeter with tastes of defeat.
If you ask a good percentage of successful people, the first thing you will know is that they failed more than succeeded. Maybe that's why success is usually associated with only a singular achievent or task, while failure is more than likely more recognizable as a set.
My dad alwasy told me that the only way to fail at something is to give-up, because more likely than not, if you give it your best shot, you will never feel you failed.

The purposes of God are right, although we may not see just how He works all things for good and transforms tragedy.
The man who makes no mistakes does not usually make anything.
With the world and all around? Turn you eyes from earth to heaven, where true joys may all be found.
Inspite of all these cruelties, there are still little miracles that free us to keep on living. No matter how hard the world kills you there is always a reason to keep on going...
When your heart has fallen, raise it gently, humbling yourself before God, acknowledging your fault, but not surprised at your fall.
We are unique just like everyone else.
... and with Hope each of us can live a life with Peace, Faith and Love!
We hope, we pray for a brighter day - a happier tomorrow...
But tomorrow never comes, 'cause there's no such thing as tomorrow.
That's why I never look back, or looks forth; instead, with both my hands, I hold close to the limited love and time; at least today, today wouldn't disappear, unless you allow...
I must admit that my life's not perfect, I'm not even close to getting there, but tell you what - it wouldn't really matter if I never reach perfection, 'cause with friends like YOU, I'm already overly satisfied. *smiles*

Ella Fitzgerald: Just don't give up trying to do what you really want to do. Where there is love and inspiration, I don't think you can go wrong.
Thomas Edison: Many of life's failures are men who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.

Ask God for guidance then take it from there. And just for inspiration Thomas Eddison tryed to make a light bulb 1000 times before he got it right. He didn't fail 1000 times he found out 1000 ways not to make a light bulb. Watch National Tressure to here Nicholas Cage say that.

Failure is just a change in position as success is. Can you show us which position is better then?! Of course, by doing something once more!

"if you dont fail you will never succeed"
An inventor was asked: Why do you keep trying after so many years of failed results. The inventor replyed. I have never failed. I have just learned how it does'nt work.
" if at first you dont succeed, dust yourself off and try again"
Failure is a road map to success.
