I don't know the exact meaning of GLUESKWUNSCH (Glüskwunsch) and could not enlist my friend Mr. Manfred Schindelka from Austria to help me out.

No, it's not spelled correctly.

The second half means "desire", but I don't know what you're looking for in the first half.
