My cat has similar markings; and I named him Felix the Cat, after the old cartoon. Did you try Sylvester? You might also want to observe his personality, then name him accordingly. I have Orphan Annie, who was an orphaned female. By the way, cats like and will respond to a name with the "ee" sound.

Tuxedo and Oreo are good names for a black and white cat. Mine's name is Sweetie, and he was also taken in off the street, but that's just because I would tell him he was a sweetie as I fed him and stuff, and he got used to the name a lot, so kept it.

When I was a kid we had a cat with those exact markings and my older sister called him "Sneakers".

How about Midnight, Magic, Mystery, Cookie (as in Oreo), or Checkers (which is our black and white male cat's name)

Another poster mentioned that you should watch his behavior and actions, and I agree, as that can help you choose a name.
