no because every single color in the spectrum is produced in a rainbow... or in any prismatic refraction process. Also.. every single color in the spectrum can be produced using different gasses and running electricity or energy through them.

I'm not sure that I have seen pure black in the wild, even black panthers are a blue-ish black, as is hardened lava, and coal. Hmmm....something to ponder.
