Actually he didn't say to kill all the non muslims. Also he wasn't evil and yes he married a 9 year old girl but by standards she would be marriageable upon menarche this is the same for jews, christians and pretty much any society around that time.
Having said that let me answer you question muslims don't worship him. The only religion that worships a man is Christianity, and a bunch of other religions that have long since passed away...i.e. ancient egyptian religions as well as other indigenous religions to the americas.

For eg,His first wife was about double his age and was widowed twice..U know that?
