Put your dog in a 'safe room,' a place where (s)he will be away from the cats all the time, and not be able to reach the cats. Keep him/her in there to let the dog get used to the smell of cats and to let the cats get used to the dog smell, also. Slowly introduce them to each other, and if the dog still does not get along with them after you introduce them several times, you may have to give the dog or cats up, because some dogs just don't like cats and vice versa.

Put your cats in a crate when the dog is around. Supervise there interaction - if the dog becomes violent, try to distract him or just separate him from the cats. Keep doing this until the dog becomes calmer and more accepting - and the cats are less afraid.

Tie a net guard (but it should be very strong) on dog's mouth & then let him play with the cats for sometime. Gradually they will become friends. Further it also depends upon your cats whether they are cooperative & encourages the dog. (Remember, once bitten, twice shy !)

Feed your dog with a dead cat cooked in good quantity of red chilly. Your dog will become scared of cats thereafter.
