Laughing is another body language way we have of communicating something that we find amusing. It also has health benefits...Voltaire said "The art of medicine consists of keeping the patient amused while nature heals the disease."

Laughter elevates moods, boosts the immune system, lowers blood pressure, protects the heart and reduces stress. It also bonds us with our fellow humans.
