Yes i know it's very sore and I am getting frustrated with it. But the only solution to wash it often just to reduce the pain. The best answer is to cut it short. But I love my long hair and will go to anything to keep it. Another thing don't use the shampoo what gives you "volume" and use antifreeze. Sometime strait hair will give you peace for 4-5 days so I blow dry them I even went and did chemically treated then my worries all gone but it's not good for you hair and it's get dry and unhealthy. Anyway good luck and try just to change the shampoo, get something like "smooth and silky" and wash it every 3d day.

Hair can't be sore, it's dead!! I assume you mean the roots? Have you had your hair tied up? This is a strange question that needs more explanation to answer.

condition it...with an intensive conditioning cure. The brand you use can only be found out through trial-and-error. Good Luck.

At home you can condition for free by soaking your hair in yogurt (non-flavoured, high fat) mixed with raw eggs. It stinks but it works for most ppl. I can't stand it personally tho ; )

Do you meann scalp? sore in what way? Itchy? If so, try using a shampoo from the chemist. If it does not work, then visit your doctor.
