It`s usually made of leather,or wood,a circle and printed on it is"You`d say you`d fix/make it when you get a round to it,here it is,get off your a** and get to work".The ones I`ve seen were made of leather,with a smiley face on one side and the saying on the other.

It's an expression such as: When I get around to it. Some people have it printed on a round napkin "A round toit"...just a cute thing.
