We all know Moses suffered from severe schizophrenia, he imagined God spoke to him, and he did exactly what he was asked to do. You are in the same situation and God asks you to spray bullets to people walking in downtown, knowing you are deeply involved in Christianity and not being aware of your symtom, would you do it?

Moses was a very well educated men plus a severe schizophrenia. That's quite possible.

Saying he heard voices and stuff.
He killed for himself. And he could order people to kill each other also. All he had to do was using the word "God".
How smart was that? lol I can't believe that trick still working today.

They never tell you this part of the story at church, when Moses order a massacre of his own people, about 3 thousand got slaughter that day. (Exodus 32:27-28)

Strange, his family The "Levi" did the killing.

Actually, if you were into Christianity, you would not be compelled to shoot people, since the new testament teaches tolerance and compassion with firmness.
The letters from Paul describe this as helping the poor but encouraging everyone to contribute their fair effort.
I had a waking vision as well as some dreams which, clinically speaking, would make me a nut case. Spiritually, however, they test out against scripture (not just certain parts, but the whole meanings of the texts) meaning I am on the right path and don't need to shoot anyone. Yay.

also, about Moses, there were many miracles done that were witnessed by hundreds of thousands that should be a good back up of his writings.
(While camped at Mt. Sinai, the Israelites covered over 12 square kilometres

I read about some research several years ago that indicated that smoking reduced the symptoms of schizophrenia as well as medication. I know that when some of my acquaintances go off their meds they are really crazy. I was not aware that Moses suffered from schizophrenia. Just because a person is schizophrenic doesn't mean God didn't really talk to them. Just the other day he told me, "Buddhist, get your gun now and shoot your sacred cow."

Whoever said that Moses suffered from severe schizophrenia? You have a serious problem...don't bring it here. I find your insults to God offensive. Either get with the program or look forward to Hell. And if you do get with the program...ignore the Muslim.

First of all we don't "all know Moses suffered from severe schizophrenia." Some of us crazy religious types might believe God actually talked to him.

To answer your question, however, no, I wouldn't. Not because I would disobey God, but because I wouldn't believe that God would have me do something so counter to His character. I would believe that it was my own fevered imagination telling me to do something so despicable.

God will never tell you to do anything that will contradict the Bible! That's why we have the Bible, so we can know what God wants for our lives.
I'm sorry to tell you, but we do not all know that Moses was schizophrenic, you may believe that, but don't assume the rest of the world is with you!

Hahaha, that's a good one. I would have thought it would be dementia (since he was at an advanced age) but schizophrenia is a good one. Here in Texas there was one woman who killed her 7 kids because "God" told her to and there was one who sawed off her child's arms because "God said the baby was evil."

God would only speak with love. He is good. Satan would tell me awful things. I have the Holy Spirit in me, so I am blessed with discerning of spirits.
