I would say prob. Nicotine and then Heroin. But it also depends on the personality. Some people are just more prone to addictions then others. People are really getting hooked on prescription drugs now. It has become a problem. Oxycontin and hydrocodone are two that I know of that people seem to get addicted to. Others get addicted to alcohol. As I said it depends on the person. One type of thing may be addictive for one, while another person has no problems with it. You have to be careful with any substance, while medically many are necessary, people can become addicted without really knowing it until it is to late.

AMERICA’S MOST POPULAR ADDICTIVE DRUG is caffeine
Methamphetamines aka Ice... releases 40x the dopamine than your most pleasurable experience in life, which is usually an orgasm. the chemical changes that take place in the brain from the first use of meth can cause the user to "never feel pleasure the same way again. One high, and you could go into a depression that could last the rest of your life...It basically uses up all the dopamine in your brain..hence the depression.
But
when you bring in oxycontin and tobacco into the picture...the waters get muddy.
Bottomline...I don't know.
I quit hard drugs years ago cold turkey...stopped the antipsychotics meds I was taking five years ago...but these damn stogies have outlasted the cocaine, alcohol, opium, hashish,Zyprexa, Risperidol and the infamous Halidol and cogentin.
From experience I would have to say cigarettes. Nicotine...the harshest mistress of all.

i think of food would nicely be addictive. yet no longer interior the comparable way as cocaine or different drugs. those variety chemical dependencies on your physique. i think of maximum food addictions are particularly an dependancy to the act of eating. it rather is not substantial what sort of food this is, purely which you devour it. it rather is particularly tense to be sure whether it rather is an dependancy or stable habit with the eating. in case you propose your day around eating, i think of it has reached the component of dependancy.

I think cigerettes are. I have been clean from drugs and alcohol for 2 years and it wasn't nearly as hard to quit than smoking is. I still smoke and it is hard to stop.
