Sounds like you have a paper bag over her head. She may also be in heat.

Cause she's hyper. I love it when cats do that it's hilarious. You should hide from her in the closet one night when she does this but leave the door open and then make quiet funny little noises like scratching on the floor until she comes up to you and then jump up and yell. She'll jump like 5 feet in the air it's so funny.

I think she is smoking the same crack my cat is smoking. I'm scared of my cat. She does this when the lights go out and one night I woke up and she was on my jewelry box staring down at me...
I was really scared. Plus she runs through the house screaming.

My cat does it too I think it's funny. I like to rawl her up and make her go wild. This one time she jumped onto the screen door like 6 feet in the air and just hung there.

My cat does this too. I think she does it because she is chasing after ghosts or maybe she sees a raccoon outside or some other night creature. It's weird - i have no idea really though.

I am sure she is just being a kitten... Even if she is not tiny anymore, they love to play early morning hours, and after a nice long nap.. And if you have kids playing, they just want to join in. Sometimes mine play at 3 am. Now that is a problem...

Homones will make anyone crazy
lol
j/k
Also... they are wonderful animals that are actually quite imaginative and curious. They like to have some fun too... even if we cannot understand for the life of us why.
lol
PS. Keep her off the catnip, it will make it even more extreme!!!
