Some webpages don't let you to save them. You can do as following:

Right click on the page -> View Source -> Copying contains text file

Make a new text document every where that you want (For example: Right click on your desktop -> New -> Text Document )

Then:

Rename its extension to html -> paste your clipboard contains into your new text file (you should change it to a html file)

Now, you can see your page, of course without pictures ...

If you want to save page completely, you should use of some softwares like MS Frontpage.

This may because of security reasons imposed by the page developers or it(page) may in other formats say like .aspx which cant be saved directly.
Do one either use Fire Fox to save those files or try saving the files by adding a ".html" tag at the end of page you are saving.
Hope this helps you.
