The more you excercise, the more oxygen you inhale, the faster your hair will grow. To get immediate longer hair, try a hairpiece. They are fun and pretty ! Good luck.

Brush it alot... and when you wash your hair massage your scalp really well... the point of both is to stimulate your scalp to make the folicals produce hair faster... also keep the ends trimmed... if the ends are healthy it wont break off ... Get your self a good build up removing shampoo... I like the treseme (called Deep cleansing) or the nutregena (sorry i can't spell) and conditioner ask your stylist what's good for your hair type... Ohh aslo... i think it's vitamin E that helps hair and nail growth... but if you read the side of the bottle you can check for sure :D
Have fun:D

This is a trick that my south east asian friend gave me, and I promise it works (and it's really healthy for your hair!!)
1. Make a mix of natural oils, any oils, including olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, and so on. Pure olive oil alone is excellent.
2. Seperate all your hair into four sections. One section at a time, place oil on your scalp in that section. You can put quite a bit on there.
3. Rub your hair each section at a time...you should feel like your pampering yourself...just be firm. And make sure you massage every inch of your scalp.
4. Place some oil on the ends of your hair (just a bonus to deep condition), and tie your hair back, or wrap your hair in a towel like you would out of the shower.
5. With the towel around your head, grab a blow-dryer, and blow dry around your head. Your head will start to feel very warm, and that's normal, but if it begins to feel HOT or painful, turn the blow dryer off.
6. Let your hair sit for anywhere between 5 minutes, and over night. It's really up to you. The longer, the better.
7. Finally, wash out the oil.
You see, the way that this works is that you are stimulating your hair follicles with the massaging, and the heat opens up the hair follicles. The oil itself leaves your hair shiny and healthy, and promotes the growth of thick healthy hair. The amount of time that you leave the oil in you can consider kind of like a deep conditioning treament for the rest of your hair.
If you do this once a week, you'll notice the health of your hair improve greatly, and you REALLY will notice the growth....really!!!

I read in a magazine that if you massage your head, like when you wash your hair, it stimulates the growth of your hair. You could always get extensions, too.
