I have a week to get through A LOT of study material. I don't have much time, I have some theta meditation tapes to listen to (for those of you who know what they are). I was just looking for some tips to get by with little or no sleep.

Thankyou

To be honest, don't give up your sleep for studying. It'll simply make it harder for you to study. A good sleep makes for a good learner. It's a proven fact.

Randy Gardner holds the Guinness world record for the longest period of time a human being has gone without sleep Gardner stayed awake for 264 hours (11 days) with the help of friends, TV reporters, and games of pinball.

So Short of taking Nodose pills good luck!

That's not good, but I remember doing that.
Enjoy coffee and take breaks often. Like go for a short walk or something. But get some sleep at least.

do your work not in your bedroom(cuz it will just attracts you to lie and suddenly you'll fall asleep), do soundtripping(esp. the kind of music you hate listening) so that you'll get annoyed and never fall asleep...sometimes music helps people who do a lot of studying and paperworks...etc.

You must sleep normally if you want to be a good person.

8 hours a day.

Especially someone in your predicament.
