Okay, first off you NEED TO STOP THE HAIR PULLING. That may be one of the reasons why the rest of your hair is falling out. And I myself have had my long eyelashes and hair fall out in clumps and I went to the dermatologist and she said it's normal and probably an after-effect of my eating disorder (orthorexia). What you have to do now to prevent it is:
1. Take a 2 multi-vitamins everyday and 1 Vitamin A capsule.
2. Incorporate a lot of milk and meat (preferrably fish) in your diet. Your hair needs more protein.
3. Use a mild shampoo but a deep conditioner. DON'T SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER AT THE ROOTS OF YOUR HAIR!
4. Do a weekly hot oil treatment like soaking your hair in olive oil or milk. This helps a lot!
5. Relax. Stress makes your hair fall out.
If you are noticing bald spots on your head, then go see a dermatologist because it may be alopecia.

Dramatic weight loss will cause hair loss. If you have poor nutrition, it definitely makes hair brittle and fall out. In order to have healthy hair and skin, you have to keep your weight normal for your height and age. You need to eat foods rich in iron, B vitamins, antioxidants, omega fatty acids and protein. You really need to see a nutritionist and a psychologist to get to the bottom of why you have a weight problem and trichotillomania. You can do serious damage that can't be repaired to your body if you don't do something about it now. Your body is starving of important nutrients. It is bad. Get help now. I had a friend who went through this.

You could be losing it if you are underweight. This is usually a sign of anorexia. I am not sure about how much you weigh but I would go see your doctor. There are other things that can make it fall out other than poor nutrition. Cancer, Diabetes, and lots more. Talk to your parents abouit what is happening and maybe make a checklist of other things that are going on that you may have overlooked. Whatever it may be don't waitto find out what it is. get checked now. Good Luck.

If your diet can improve doing so will improve the health of your hair. There is a tendency to avoid all fats leaving a gap in nutrition. Also it is normal to lose about 150 hairs a day, as papilla reaches it natural cycle. This is why hair can only get so long.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aMvox While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

When your hair falls out, it's due to poor nutrition. Usually this means you're not getting enough lipids (fats) in your diet. Try eating more meat and fish, these are good ways to get more healthy fat in your diet as well as protein. Hair is made up of protien, so you need to consume them for it to be produced. Good luck with all of this.

It could be a combination of many things. Lack of nutrition could definitely play a large factor. Also, you might want to talk to a dermatologist about Alopecia.
good luck
