i am so sick mentally and phytsically from to much coffee but if i dont have it i get really tired and cant do anything, i just kind of die on the spot.

umm yea no wander cos caffine is a drug and ure overdosing on it so of course your going to feel like crap. What you need to do is detox your body and then go and see a docotor so they can prescribe you some energy boosting pills like vitimn B and also as they say exercise alot like in the morning before you go to work or something but yeah too much coffee evetually does have side effects cos it's like any other drugs where the more you have the more you want and evetually your body will start telling you wen enough is enough

well thats just really really pathetic you worthless turd!! lol just kidding what you should do is gradually start taking less coffee each day and then get down to one cup a day then maybe just a caffinated beverage will work for you instead of coffee!!
oh and by the way coffee makes se.x way more exciting because you bounce more!!

Try substituting some of the cups with a decaf or a hot chocolate drink

Quit coffee gradually...
So make sure you reduce your regular caffeine intake gradually. Initially reduce your intake by half. Avoid the other half by replacing it with a cup of mild organic green tea or herbal tea. For example if you are used to four cups of coffee in a day, start drinking two cups of coffee and two cups of mild green tea. Gradually replace the mild tea with with soup or plain hot water mixed with honey and lime. Then replace the remaining two cups of coffee with mild tea and follow the same pattern.

4 cups of coffee
2 cups of coffee+2 cups of tea
2 cups of coffee+2 servings of soup/hot water with honey and lime
2 cups of coffee+2 cups of soup/hot water with honey and lime
4 cups of soup/water with honey and lime
Freedom from caffeine dependence.

yeah start sneaking decaf into your coffee regimen until you are off of the caffeine
