Yeah, follow them until they get in their car.

Of course, bail gets expensive and the attorney fees to defend yourself from stalking charges are outrageous, but it's still free to find *out* the info.

No but the DMV for like 20-30 bucks with a provided license plate number will provide you with full details of the car and the persons information who it's registered under.

Uhhh no! Unless you have their VIN number.. which I doubt you do if you don't know what kind of car they drive.
