i found this girl with the nick maky making this comment:

Jesus said why do people worry about food that will spoil, when they can eat from his flesh,

Zhu explains his stunt by claiming: “Our subconscious tells us that eating babies is not right. But it is not prohibited. No religion forbids cannibalism. Nor can I find any law which prevents us from eating people. So I took advantage of the space between morality and the law and based my work on it.”

Zhu, who is a Christian, says his religion has a major impact on his art. “Jesus is always related to blood, death and wounds and this is reflected in my art.”

Beijing Swings shows stills of Zhu Yu, the artist, eating what appears to be a stillborn infant. There is one shot of him washing the baby before he eats it and then three of him biting into the body.

Man you are weird - can you find the most obscure thing ever in Christianity and comment on it? And again - taking the thoughts of one person and deciding that's what every Christian thinks. Should I start thinking that about you? Ever heard of a parable? Maybe that's what Jesus was doing - talking figuratively, not realistically.

You are a silly little girl, if you did one time try Jesus as you earlier claimed, then you would know that Him being the bread is symbolic. You need to stop sitting in front of the computer stuffing yourself with junk food and get outside and breathe fresh air once in a while. Find something to do besides making up silly things to pick on Christians about. You are too young for all this bitterness and ugliness around the clock. Paul persecuted the Christians and look at what happened to him. Maybe God will knock you down and blind you and then turn you into a flaming evangelist. Wouldn't that be something? Honey I am going to pray for you real hard! All of you other Christians pray for her also, maybe she will have a road to Damascus experiencejust like Paul!

This is why those listening as Christ was speaking in John 6 walked away. They thought he was supporting Cannibalism.

But God's Flesh IS true Communion Food!
Why else was his fist bed a Manger? Because creatures eat from it!

His Flesh is Divine. His decree at the Last Supper made it so that mere bread can become his True Communion Food!

That is not what Jesus meant. We don't take thought about what we should eat everyday. However, that particular idea of eating of the flesh is simply symbolic. The small piece of cracker and grape juice is so small that you have need to go out to pizza for dinner. We don't believe in cannibalism!!

No you have wrong revelation on this! Jesus doesn't mean literal FLESH! and when the bible talks about "blood of Jesus",It means what Jesus Sacrificed himself, shedding his blood upon the cross, for YOU and everyone else on this planet! People are not understanding this without the REVELATION of Jesus' Spirit! YOU too can have this! Ask Jesus into your heart ,forgiveness of past! and you will receive eternal life and Gods spirit and his fire! OH and this ZU ....He is not Christian!!!! He is a Liar!

Jesus was using a metaphor. His "flesh" was pierced for our salvation, and by "eating his flesh," means to accept the salvation that his death offered to all mankind. We will not feel spiritually empty inside if we accept Jesus into our lives to be our Savior and King.

I want to know, why do you only pick certain statements from the Bible just so you can shred it apart and use it for criticism? That sounds pretty shallow-minded to me.

Mark 4:33 So with many illustrations of that sort he would speak the word to them, as far as they were able to listen. 34 Indeed, without an illustration he would not speak to them, but privately to his disciples he would explain all things.

Jesus employed many types of teaching methods, illustrations being one of them. He used parables and hyperbole also. That's what he was doing in this respect. If you know the man, you will get the point he was trying to make.

John 6 is what you may be thinking of, note in vs66-69 who got the point and that those who didn't left off from following him.

Please READ THE BIBLE. Jesus just meant do not worry about food or clothes etc... because God will take care of His own and that worry is not good for you. And during the last supper, Jesus did not ask anyone to take a big bite out of his arm or suck his neck like a vampire!!! LOL He wanted people to eat bread and drink wine in remembrance of his sacrifice. He shed hid blood for us and sacrificed his body for our souls. Please ask better questions. It makes you seem unintelligent.

LOL, I see that the religious nuts are answering your question in a christian like manner. I never get tired of seeing the "if you arent one of us you must be stupid, immoral, uneducated, etc."Interesting question, however, the problem is when you have to place faith in a "faith", one which has been interpreted by numerous persons for their own gain through the years, it just opens up to interpretation by everyone individually. There are now no right answers, because everyone thinks their answer is of course, the right answer.

i saw that question and maky's comment.

the cannibalism-part doesn't really bother me that much. the fact that she thinks that children in Africa are more benefited by a bible than by food, medications, schools and help frightens me more.

that is kinda a very narrow-minded world view. the fact that she says 'accept jesus and he will provide food' scares the crap out of me. i didn't know such people really existed.
