Yes. If you drink lots of water, make sure you are eating well. Eat carbs and salts because if you drink too much water, you will flush all the electrolytes out of your system causing you to have low energy and be vulnerable to all sorts of health problems. Your blood pressure can also drop so don't over do it.

Yes. Excess water consumption can cause a potentially deadly condition called 'water intoxication'. This condition usually occurs in atheletes or military personnel, and does kill someone every few years.

The symptoms 'mimic' heat exhaustion and dehydration. Sadly, this causes the person to drink even more water which only aggravates the condition. Too much water intake causes excessive loss of sodium and other electrolytes in the urine. The loss of these electrolytes can cause sudden heart failure.

Best wishes.

Yes it is. Its a lot of water though. Do a search for "water LD50" and/or "water MSDS".

Most people stop drinking water after they aren't thirsty any more.

Drinking too much water without replacing electrolytes (salts and stuff) can be harmful. Everything is a fine balance. Maybe do a search about "water electrolytes running".

You can overload your system and actually die from drinking too much water, but you'd have to drink several gallons in a very short time.

Yes. It can ennervate the kidneys. Basically, evaluate the color of your urine. If it has no color whatsoever, its probably time to cut back on the water. If you see color, glug away!
