Easy. If he's staring you up and down, going out of his way to start a convo with you that really has no importance other than small talk, or if he's always smiling when you look in his direction, that's usually an indication that he wants to bang you.
Remember this too, even though I'm sure you already know.......when guys become friends with girls, most times more often than not they're doing it to eventually get in their pants. And if girls do the hints that they're "nice guys but....." if they're really into them said guys will stick around as the shoulder to cry on thinking it will earn them brownie points because the girl will come around in the future and that all his work will pay off and he'll get to have her all to himself some day as a gf.

easy, don't have sex with him and see if he sticks around. tell him your o.b.g.y.n. wont let you have sex for two weeks because she has to test for something and see if he still hangs out with you or not.
