As an expert with years of experience I assure you my answer is professional:
1. place the roll on the holder in a manner that permits the paper to hang down from the front. Check by looking at the right side of the roll when installed to make sure the roll unwinds in a counter clockwise manner. REASON: it is easier to control the flow of paper and easier to grasp the end of the roll.
2. when in place on the holder, gently squeeze the roll so that the inner tube forms an oval. REASON: if the roll is oval, it is easier to control the flow of paper compared to a perfectly round tube because the oval shape stops the paper as soon as you stop pulling.

Over Studies have indicated that when the paper is under, people when reaching for a second serving of paper run their fingers along the wall contaminating the wall with… uh… undesirable matter. The danger lies not in what is seen but rather what us unseen. You simply don’t want the back wall to be a source of bacterial growth. Over is out away from the wall, keeping the wall clean and dry.

position the paper so that when you give a tug the paper rolls off with little or no effort so as to not draw attention to yourself because everyone knows that the art of the wipe is sacred

The paper should always be on the bottom not the top....When it's on the top it doesn't roll as easily and it's harder to find the end. But whe it is on the bottom, gravity takes over....see? Easy stuff!

it particularly is a trouble-free 2-state gadget. it is up or it is down. If a bloke lifts the seat to avert splashing it at the same time as urinating, i think of it particularly is in all likelihood a solid situation. it would not be intense-high quality to take a seat down in somebody else's urine splashes. If a bloke desires to apply the bathroom and unearths the seat able that would not in shape his meant objective, he differences it. Are females asserting they are incapable of a matching remark, judgement and action? i would not insult females by utilising suggesting they can't decrease a bathroom seat. A bloke has already finished them the courtesy of no longer p***ing on it. i think we would desire to establish a protocol for rest room seats in step with our assessment of the statistical threat of the subsequent person of the bathroom requiring the seat in the up or down place. on the different hand, because of the fact it particularly is a trouble-free 2 state gadget, all and sundry useful to apply it unaided could be able to fixing that state to in shape their meant objective.

I think it gets rolled to where it rolls over not under. in the middle of the night when you wake up and go to the rest room , you go in the dark, so as not to blind yourself. You feel for the roll and you find it, then you roll it down not up, right? so the tissue rolls over, not under.

Over, never under and it really annoys me when people put it on under. If you put it on under you have to reach under the roll to try and find the tissue, besides Oprah said on her show once that she always put hers on over-not that I am an Oprah fan.
