Don't worry that for a couple of days you'll not doing it.Just keep on healthy dietary regime, take as much water as you can and also fresh juices.I strongly would recommend you to switch different excercise methods..try some Moon yoga,it's relaxing, simple, giving you energy and it really works. If you can afford it go at least once a week to a full massage. It both relaxing and when done right also helps to the problematic zones as hips, butt etc.And be positive, that's "MUST" and don't worry, you'll be in the shape you want!!!

Go jump in a hot tub for about 20 minutes and then rub down with some Ben-gay or Heet on the real sore spots, take a break....every other day until your body becomes accustom to the activity. No pain.....No gain......

Take a cold shower, that helps for sore muscles, and keep working...Aerobics are really good, especially step aerobics..
