Did you ever think about the fact that mabe your cat and rabbit love each other?? Let them hump. How would you like it if someone started hitting you with a bat everytime you humped someone? Let mr moses get his pleasure from your rabbit

Unless you just very lightly tapped the cat with a bat (and I mean LIGHTLY), what you did was animal cruelty. This is illegal and you can get in trouble with the law because of it, and have ALL of your pets taken away because of it. They'll take them all away because they won't let you abuse any more animals. Geez, hitting a cat with a bat? Damn, how would you like the feel of that?

Anyway, cats and rabbits can't inter-breed, contrary to old wives' tales. So, for one thing, it won't harm anything in the sense of, you won't have to deal with a bunch of cabbits hop-running around. So hopefully you didn't think that would happen anyway, especially if it's a male rabbit lolz.

The rabbit may not mind, and in that case, what the heck, it won't hurt anything to let them have at it. However, male cats have barbs on their penises, this is so that female cats will not run away when they are mating with them--well, we assume so anyway. (Cats are kinky, heh.) So it may be painful for the rabbit because rabbits have smooth penises. They're not built to tolerate barbed penises, basically.

Anyway, if the cat is not neutered, get him neutered. He may stop. But my cat humps this toy he has and he's neutered, but he humps it anyway.

A better way to train a cat is to spray it with water and say "No" or whatever in a firm, commanding voice. Don't yell at them, it'll just piss them off/make them scared but they won't learn anything. Most cats hate water, although some don't, those would be harder to train.

Hitting cats reinforces bad behaviour. They will only be angry and will be much more likely to take to attacking you (or doing it more often if they already do), or just avoiding you all the time because they are so scared of you. Also they don't learn from hitting, they can't, they get more spiteful than educated from that. Sort of like people--most of us resent it if someone so much as slaps us, even if it's "for our own good". I mean, gimme a break, right! Most animals are the same in that we resent truly harsh treatment (as opposed to treatment we don't like but don't dislike enough to not get anything out of it)...step on a snake, and it will bite you, even if it's the most docile snake in the world. (Yes snakes can be docile--they make good pets, I have some!)

If nothing else works, you may want to separate the cat and the rabbit. Like, keep the rabbit in one room it has to itself, and keep the door shut at all times. I suggest separating the rabbit only because rabbits typically cope better in smaller areas/as cage pets, than cats do, cats being wandering predators. However I know very well that many people keep rabbits as house pets, and let them wander about the house--they can use litter boxes and everything.

So, I hope any of this helps anyone having a similar situation.

Edit: This is a joke post, this guy's pathetic, look at his other questions. However, this can happen, and it's pathetic he thinks it couldn't. Unless he thinks the funny part is hitting a cat with a baseball bat. Which also happens, dipstick. Not funny.

Everybody report this guy so we don't have to put up with him any longer.

hahahahahahah thats funny, i guess your cat is after a friend cat if you no what i mean. You should get another cat. If not id try and seperate them from one another for a while your cat will soon get over it hopefully. If not id go to a vet and ask advice, You no its not that silly. My parents have these chooks and my bf and i went to visit them and rediently the rooster died and the chooks are kinda trying to hump one another. This one hen thinks shes a rooster!

Maybe the cat is not really "humping" the rabbit, but trying to do the BUNNY HOP. You should join in with them! Its an awefully fun dance!

First off, don't be hitting. If you crack a rib or hurt it you will have a big vet bill. I think if the rabbit gets fed up it will either run, or kick the cat by itself. Maybe cat needs to be neutered?

I say let the cat have his fun!

In lieu of that, though, you could always get rid of the gay rabbit!

Your rabbit is a easy ho and your cat is a nasty freak -- make a tape of it and sell it or post it
